I really like the location, the rooms are comfortable for what I need, and the price is very good. I have no complaints.

I liked the location. I was assigned room 10, but they didn’t notice it was dirty. I had my mom and a girl with autism; when I entered the room it smelled like cigarette smoke, so I thought maybe they just didn’t put enough fragrance or someone was smoking outside. I took the room in a hurry to rest, but the TV didn’t work and the internet was very slow. I told the reception guy to try fixing the TV, but he didn’t know what to do and left without fixing it. The next day I opened the fridge to put water to cool it, and that’s when I discovered that there were already drinks, a clamato, and other drinks in the room. I went back to reception and asked the lady to check the TV and told her that the room had been given to me dirty. The lady was kind and repaired the TV, which only worked for a short time. Then I went up to breakfast and the man there was very serious. I understand the cook doesn’t have to smile, but after everything I just wanted a little kindness. The cleaning and service were not 5‑star.
