The property sits in a convenient spot, close to the center and all major services. Around the area there’s a shopping mall, very handy for buying fruit, drinks and everything you might need during your stay. Another strong point is the breakfast, truly excellent and very varied, with a wide selection of sweet and savory items. Overall it was a very positive experience: comfortable facilities, satisfactory services and a pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return. The staff girls were extremely kind and always cheerful—hello girls! The only slightly negative aspect was the difficulty finding parking in the evening, especially because of the heavy traffic on the waterfront and the presence of various amusement parks. It’s mainly a matter of the area’s liveliness and the time of year, rather than the hotel itself.

The location and cleanliness were positives. The breakfast room wasn’t air‑conditioned.

The hotel is in a good spot for exploring Licata and offers free private parking. The rooms, though a bit dated, are clean and spacious. The breakfast is also good and varied. The building feels somewhat old and would benefit from a renovation to feel more modern and welcoming.
