We loved the natural surroundings and peaceful vibe here, plus it's only a 10-minute drive to town.
I had a great stay here, loving the peace and quiet

“Disgusting facilities.”
The location was convenient for Warnambool and the surrounding countryside is lovely. The bed was comfortable and the hot water was good. However, the entire place was filthy inside and out: dirty walls, cobwebs, rubbish, and dirt on the fly screen at the entrance, and the interior was no better. The only cupboard was completely full of the owners’ personal linen, leaving no other space. We have travelled for many years and this is the worst place we have stayed at; definitely not as it is described.
The host was friendly and the location was great for our dog to play.
“Very comfy, cosy, and quiet. A very friendly welcoming party.”
The spot was spot‑on, perfect for escaping the tourist crowds on the Great Ocean Road after a day of dodging buses. The place felt very cozy and comfortable. We arrived late, yet Raff the dog—who seems to run front of house and security—gave us a warm welcome and did a great job. There were plenty of books, a chess set, and a lot of tea, coffee, and appliances to keep us busy. We didn’t have time to explore the farm, but I think that would have made the stay even better. The only downside was the noticeable presence of a fair number of mosquitoes in the room and no repellent was supplied, which kept me up until we turned on the fan and chased a few away. Everything else was nice and well catered for, so that small issue stood out a bit; a bit of mosquito spray would have helped. I could have brought some myself. Overall, a nice stay.
Being just outside town was good. The small room smelled old.
A decent bed and breakfast, but no lunch was provided.
