I was thrilled that my room faced the golf course and driving range and sat on the 2nd floor, making it very peaceful. However, the water pressure in my shower was too strong and it hurt my skin.

I stay here a lot when visiting my mom who lives in Dothan The issue continues to be what I book on booking is not what I receive when I get there This time I booked a queen room ground level golf course view The only thing they had isn't upstairs available for the same price When you book ground level and a certain view it costs you more. When I arrived, the check-in person explained to me that I can't book a specific room, this is incorrect. I booked exactly what I wanted a ground level queen golf course view because they do fireworks over the 4th. I'm 55 years old with knee issues and it was very painful walking up and down the stairs for my 3-day stay I am very disappointed with them. This always happens when I book through booking. They always give an excuse why you can't get the room I booked. They said I should call them instead of booking through your website to make sure I get the room. I think that defeats the purpose.
