The staff were very nice and answered all our questions. It’s close to Hoi Nha beach. I booked breakfast with my stay but it wasn’t American and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom—thanks for the service.

We stayed with family at Haeundae Blue Story Hotel from 18 to 24 August and were simply blown away! The main perk is the location: the hotel is literally a two‑minute walk from Haeundae beach, so you’re by the sea in a couple of minutes. The place was impeccably clean, with meticulous housekeeping. But the real highlight is the staff—extraordinarily welcoming and hospitable. I especially want to thank a woman named Olesya; she was wonderful, very responsive and attentive. For any household or organizational questions we turned to her and received instant, sincere help. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Busan, and we’ll gladly return!

Everything was perfect—breakfast, location, staff, amenities. The room felt a bit small, fine for one person but a couple might find it a little cramped.

Strategically located near the metro, the beach, and the city center, the room was clean, functional, comfortable with a good bed, and very bright. The Western breakfast could have been better.
