“Für geringe preis gut”
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, in the evening there were a lot of cockroaches in the room.

The bed service was good. The overall experience was not good.

The location met my expectations, but the first room (301) was filthy, with sheets, blanket and pillow covered in long black hairs; the outer door wouldn’t close and the bathroom light was out. After one night I managed to get moved to another room (101), yet the blanket there also had hairs, the towels were stained, a cigarette burn marked the sheet, the bathroom door latch was nearly detached, the drawer was almost ripped out, and the fridge interior hadn’t been cleaned since it was bought. During the four nights no one ever came to change the linens or towels, and the internet connection was terribly weak.

The hotel Hera Gold does not have a breakfast. The website shows a real situation that is at the hotel.

The lobby is pretty, the room had a window and a TV. The room was completely filthy, the walls were scrawled, and dust and dirt were everywhere in the room. The toilet and all its accessories were in terrible condition. The shower had only a little warm water, and the drain simply didn’t work. The room was heavily smelted, making it impossible to breathe. There was no heating, so you had to turn on the air‑conditioner, which made more noise than a plane turbine. The door to the room had a huge gap at the bottom, allowing a lot of sound from the outside, and you could clearly hear the conversations of all the occupants who treat the others with disdain. The staff deserve respect too; they seem to have no care for their job or the guests, and they come to watch movies or sleep. When I asked for help with the Wi‑Fi, they replied that it wasn’t their problem, for which I’m grateful, because I spent that time reading a book. I could go on for a long time, but I’ll stop here, and add that this is my first comment of this format, because I have not yet been so disappointed.
