The location, view and check‑in were great! The facilities were a bit sparse – not enough dishes, no dish towels or cleaning cloths. It was reasonably clean, but we didn’t mind the small flaws because we’re not picky.

The property sits in a very convenient spot, close to Taksim Square, Kabataş ferry, and the metro.

There were no parking spaces, so I had to park four kilometres away and couldn’t see the sea. Also there was no help with moving furniture.

The location was nice, close to the sea, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. The area had many uphill and downhill stretches, making it hard to walk back after a long day. The facilities were not as promised – the jacuzzi on the last floor didn’t work properly.

The location is excellent; a few minutes’ walk gets you to the ferry terminal, tram stop, and bus stop, so getting anywhere is easy. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and arranged a car to take us to the airport. Looking forward to staying again.
