“Welcoming hosts and comfortable accommodation”
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We arrived wet and bedraggled after a very wet walk along St Michael’s Way, and our host kindly took our shoes away and dried them! 😀 Our room was compact but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast offered many options—fresh fruit, yogurts, cereal, croissants—and the freshly cooked breakfast was excellent. As we were leaving early one morning for a trip to the Isles of Scilly, our hosts kindly provided a breakfast bag with a croissant, jam, a banana, a fruit bar, and orange juice, which was very welcome. The location was fine for us but it was a good 20 minute walk to the main town, restaurants, railway, and bus stations.
