“Un soggiorno davvero piacevole”
The welcome was impeccable and the owner showed great professionalism. The building is new, very clean, and located in a well‑connected area. The breakfast is excellent, rich, varied, and high quality. It was a truly pleasant stay.
Everything was liked. Good location, metro and bus nearby, and plenty of small shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had all necessities: shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, coffee, tea. The breakfast was good, and the staff were simply superb—welcomed us, always in touch, and on the last day offered to hold our luggage if needed. We’ll gladly return.

We loved the stay! Denis was five‑star from the start, always very friendly, available, and ready to help. He gave us lots of useful info and tips about Rome and even arranged a taxi to the airport on the day of departure, a gesture we greatly appreciated. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We felt very welcome and have nothing to point out. We will definitely recommend this place and, if we return to Rome, will stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for everything, Denis!
