The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful with really nice views.

I loved the hotel’s style, a castle in the mountains, the breakfast and lunch were delicious, the staff were super kind, and the views were wonderful. Mr. Ubaldo was very kind in every way, guided us through the adventure park and the hotel tour, and accompanied us on the horse ride. They have little dogs that accompany you like guides, everything was wonderful.

The location is great for the canyons, the ventilation is good and it’s warm at night. The sunrise is beautiful. They should take better care of the dogs on their premises; they are big companions for visitors, not aggressive, and good guides!

The security team called me to extort me, using information that only booking or the hotel could have; they said they were from the hotel reception, gave my full name and guest number, demanded details, and claimed they would bring the room for us, claiming they were from Jalisco. When I tried to call any hotel number for help, no one answered, and even after I wrote, no response came. It was a horrible night where we were practically kidnapped until the national guard came to assist.
