The location and room view are good, but there was no hot water in our room.

I was frustrated by the language barrier until the checkout desk was staffed by a young woman who spoke clear English. The room felt very basic and could use a fresh coat of paint and more attention to detail, and the hot water was inconsistent.

The view. Noise. Karaoke is even louder on the pond side. Construction site right near my window. I was not able to relax in the evening till 22.30 and i could not sleep well - had a terrible headache. Don't be tempted by the view, please - that is going to be the only thing you like about this hotel
