The hotel sits right by the cable‑car and right on the edge of the gorge, so the balcony view is stunning. The front‑desk lady was always ready to help with anything we needed. The only downside was that the room had no central heating, though they handed us two portable heaters to keep us warm.

We arrived in Dzorak at the end of October, when the place was basically off‑season. Being the only guests, the owner catered to every little request and was genuinely friendly. The view from the room stretched over the valley toward the opposite mountain range and was simply beautiful.

The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and the breakfast—made in‑house—was surprisingly tasty. Everything felt personal and welcoming, making the stay feel like a home‑away‑from‑home.
