The best thing about this hotel is that it is located close to Hyde park and very central for tourists

The location was great and the beds were quite comfortable, but the water pressure was low.

The hotel is in a prime location, bed was comfy! We booked a triple room and had 2 singles and a double, a bathroom with a bath and shower. It was dated but I had no issues at all with sleeping. The l8ght had a fan attached to it too which helped circulate the air. Updated decor but it wouldnt have changed the stay

The building is amazing but in utter decay. I've never seen such a neglected property with so much potential. It's neglected to the point that I wonder how anyone could own and neglect such a lovely property and allow this.

Nothing, everything horrible. The experience was totally unacceptable. The room was dirty and very deteriorated. Upon arrival we found the bed not properly prepared and with several dark stains of unknown origin on the bedding, so we had to clean it ourselves. The wood of the windows was rotten and paint was peeling, the shower was full of rust and the complimentary tea bags were punctured, apparently by insects. That same night the lock stopped working and we had to block the door with a chair to sleep. We reported all incidents during the stay, but the hotel only told us it was full and offered no solution. I have videos and photos as evidence.
