The staff were great, but the service was very basic.

The location and the staff—especially the receptionists—were very attentive and helpful when asked. However, the hallway and building entrances smelled of cigarette smoke, and the sofa bed was impossible to get comfortable on; the mattress was extremely thin, more like a mat, so I had to put my blankets on it to avoid feeling the springs.
