The view is incredible, the host’s attention is excellent, and the jacuzzi has warm water.

The terrace is nice, but the host’s service was poor: they demanded a $140 payment a day before departure (in the hotels I’ve stayed at, payment is due on the last day), the waitress didn’t come for the bill when we asked, and we couldn’t wait because we had an event. At check‑out, the maid pressured us to leave the room before the official checkout time. I honestly don’t recommend this place and would never stay again.

I loved the food at the restaurant, the facilities, and the staff’s service – they were all 10/10. Getting to the location was a nightmare; you’re constantly worried something might happen to your car, and the arrival itself felt insane.

The views and the loft overall were pretty beautiful, and the pool was a good size. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning. The bathroom was decent, and parking was available. However, there were leaks, and on Tuesday the restaurant didn’t open early, so I couldn’t have breakfast there. There was no grill to cook on, or at least they didn’t tell me where it was. The access is quite rough and the terrain is difficult.
