Breakfast was plentiful, and right outside the hotel there are shops, a night market, massage parlors, and a beach just a short walk away. The airport is a 15‑minute drive, and the sunset town is about 25 minutes away. The value is slightly lower compared to northern resorts, shower water pressure is weak, and the lobby’s open layout lacks air conditioning.

The value for families was good, but the cleanliness in the hallway and the swimming pool could have been better. The beach had a lot of small trash items, and over the 12 days we only had a red flag; swimming in the sea was impossible!

“Bonita estancia”

The hotel is in a great spot, right by the beach, close to a lively dining area, and a short drive from the airport. We stayed in the sea‑view bungalow with a private pool and loved the room—beautiful, comfortable, and functional. The pool was a real treat, but during our August stay the wind and intermittent rain made the sea unsuitable for swimming. We used the laundry service twice and received our clothes impeccably ironed and smelling great. The complex had plenty of well‑kept vegetation, which made for a pleasant walk. Both pools were spacious, one with a pool bar for drinks without leaving the water. The best part was the staff—both at reception and throughout the complex—always attentive and helpful, providing unbeatable service. The cocktails we tried were ordinary, nothing special. The main restaurant (the other was closed that season) was huge, buffet‑style, and the quality was average for a five‑star property. Breakfast was adequate, offering variety but nothing that would win you over. We had a seafood buffet dinner that didn’t meet expectations; the price was high for the quality and limited variety, and we paid an extra for lobster only to find it surprisingly small.
