The staff were attentive and supportive. It was bad that there were no disposable slippers.

We had a four‑bedroom room for three people; the room was very large and all four beds were made so our son could pick his favorite! Value for money is great; the room was clean and you can reach the city center by public transport in half an hour. Will definitely come back.

The fan was unfortunately broken, but that was fine for a single night.

The location with bus/S-Bahn connections was perfect, and the hotel, breakfast area, and reception were stylishly modern. The guest toilets on the ground floor were scary! In the room, the air conditioner was broken, and the bathroom ventilation was broken. The tap and shower fixtures were limescale‑covered and there was mold in the corners.
