The staff were very friendly and quick to respond, which I appreciated. The room needed a bit of renovation: the shower’s holder was broken and the hose leaked, the AC didn’t work well, but the staff helped us move to another room where the AC was fine, though the shower still needed fixing.

The reception staff were nice, the rooms were clean and new, and the TV offered many channels. However, there was no parking, no lift, and the room had no window, though the receptionist helped bring my bicycle upstairs.

There was nothing positive, and everything was negative.
