Johnes proves to be a great man with excellent customer service, very welcoming, and the room service and cleaning stay awesome; milk, coffee, tea, sugar, everything was provided, making for a peaceful stay in the Tygerberg area, though the bathroom door is a bit problematic.

The hotel is close to the airport, and when my daughter left her jersey in the room the staff called us just as we were leaving so we could retrieve it; however, the bedding is stained, the floors are dirty, the milk for coffee is sour, and the shower floor is covered in mildew.

Apparently the hotel has a contract with the Police force and therefore never actually has rooms; they 'farmed' us out to another guest house.
