The location was fantastic, staying in a train station is a bit unique, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing; we felt very welcome and would gladly return. There were no negatives, everything was fine.

The charming room above the rail station offered a lovely view of the lit castle at night, but I would have liked water glasses.

The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and soundproofing were good, but I didn’t know the bathroom was shared, and the narrow beds lacked cotton blankets suitable for the time.

The spot is unbeatable if you’re arriving by train in Tomar; a pleasant stroll leads straight into the old town and everything was spotless. I didn’t read the room descriptions carefully enough, so I didn’t realize none of the rooms had a private bath. They managed to keep our companions from sharing bathrooms, which was a relief. Our room did have a bathroom, but it was cramped. We were a group of five and there was at least one other couple at breakfast, yet they only offered two yogurts, which was disappointing because some of us had dietary restrictions and there weren’t many options.
