The lobby and cleanliness were fine, and the porter was always available at night and ready to help, unlike the rest of the reception staff who were very cold and unhelpful. The rooms and bathroom were much smaller than shown in the photos, the bed was a single and a half instead of a double, the breakfast was not friendly, and the staff were unkind to Italians; when I asked for soy milk they refused, saying they only had regular milk (when most hotels offer it).

We stayed for 3–4 nights but couldn't get a proper bathroom; the water systems were broken and I've been waiting for the bill for 10 days—wonder when they'll send it.
