Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The staff were friendly when I arrived, that's for sure. But the windows were fixed shut, which was a problem - it felt like there wasn't enough fresh air in the room. Luckily, the air conditioning was on, so that helped a bit.

The room was ridiculously small, like 5 square meters or something. I think it's worth spending a bit more for a bigger space, this one felt like a shoebox. Not great value if you ask me.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful, and I loved the comfy bed and central location. I only booked breakfast, but they gave me a free, if mediocre, dinner, which was a nice surprise. The toilet was clean, at least. However, the breakfast was a total disappointment - cold food, limited options, and the coffee was just okay. The room was tiny, with no closet and not enough toilet paper. And the bathroom needed a serious deep clean, with limescale everywhere and a few broken bits.

The staff were welcoming, which was great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. Not exactly what I'd call a great stay.

For the price, I thought it was a good deal. The hot water wasn't hot enough, though - that was a bit of a letdown. Still, I wouldn't say it was a bad stay or anything.
