Buon hotel a Ubud. The room is beautiful, but if the windows aren't closed, many mosquitoes can get in. The breakfast is truly excellent.

The villa is in a very good location, close to the city center, accessible on foot via charming pedestrian streets. It sits on a quiet street with no traffic, restaurants, cafés, travel agencies, a taxi station, and a Mini Mart. The villa itself is magnificent, with a large, beautiful garden and a functional, clean private pool. The staff are helpful and attentive. The price is very reasonable, and breakfast is included with a 10% discount at the hotel restaurant. During our stay, extensive construction was happening in the residence. The villa was clearly in a state of disrepair: the air conditioning leaked, a window had no glass, only one of the two bathrooms was functional, furniture was often heavily damaged, the kitchen was not equipped, some doors didn't lock, and the rooms were damp. Because of these issues, we could only use half of the villa, which explains the cost.
