The location is clean. It shouldn’t be for three adults; two adults and a child are okay, but it’s not comfortable enough for three adults.

The location and friendly staff are great. When people walk and talk in the hallway, we can hear it quite clearly in the room, so the sound insulation is mediocre.

“Beautiful and classy, perfectly located with helpful staff!”

The location was incredible, right by the Spanish Steps and just a stone's throw from amazing shops, restaurants, and other tourist spots. We loved the room’s decor and the comfortable bed – we slept so well and were surprised at how quiet the room was despite being in such a busy area of Rome. The old-fashioned lift had so much character, and the fact that the property is above the Gucci flagship store added an extra level of class. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Joshua who went above and beyond for us! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely return.

“Confortable and welcoming property in a fun location!”

Conveniently located near shopping, food, and the Spanish Steps, the staff were very hospitable and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, though the bathroom could use a place to keep toiletries and it’s a little odd that the room opens directly to the front desk. That being said, we would stay here again. Otherwise everything was perfect!
