It opened after midnight, but the staff were sluggish and not very attentive, making me feel unwelcome; I found used Durex in a bathroom cupboard, the bedding looked untouched, and overall I was very disappointed.

The rooms were spacious and the building bright; there was a swimming pool, terrace, and a bridal suite available, but ants were in the bathroom.

The place was spotless and well kept, and breakfast was always ready and delicious. I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

We ran into a few snags, but Narval handled everything professionally and kept our stay comfortable. The property manager was great and helped the hotel attract more guests.
