The view is captivating, the staff are friendly, and dinner was really good. However, the room we were assigned had a broken air‑conditioning unit that clearly needs maintenance. The spa also requires upkeep, and the pool water had a high chlorine level with worn walls.

Overall, the stay was good. Reception staff were very helpful, and the kids’ area was nice. The site is pleasant, surrounded by nature, and offers space for small children. Yet the place shows some neglect: a hole in the wall above the bed that could be patched up, a broken shower gel holder that’s easy and cheap to replace. Breakfast was decent, but there were several unacceptable issues for a four‑star hotel—evidence of poor staff management and organization—such as a basket of visibly rotten fruit (including grapes), stale croissants, chocolate cakes that had already melted and dried, bread that wasn’t fresh (and wasn’t reheated after freezing, which could be an option), and a lack of cheese and cold cuts replenishment (the staff stood there doing nothing).

Everything was clean, new, and impeccable. The only downside was the limited number of power outlets in the room; because the lighting is by lamp, I couldn’t move the lamp to use it as a charger.

The location is great, the four‑star services are solid, the space is clean, and it has a very good vibe.

The presence of play areas for kids (parks, kids club, pool) is a plus. The bathtub was clogged.
