The beds were very good. The air conditioning made a lot of noise, and because the hotel is above the street, there was street noise from early morning until late. The shower’s artichoke fixture was somewhat broken.

The room was spacious, bright, and cool. The bathroom was great and pretty. However, for check‑in, depending on the time, you have to go to another hotel nearby that shares the same façade.

The receptionist called me very poorly before I even arrived. In the room, ants kept coming out of everywhere. When I tried to use the elevator, the cleaning crew and other staff got on first, even though the customer should be the priority. I was traveling for work, then brought my family, and after the phone call we decided to go somewhere else.
