They offered free laundry service with the clothes delivered to the room, and the staff were willing to go to great lengths to accommodate guests and provide upgrades when available.

The hotel's modern and cozy vibe was really appealing, but the breakfast food was a letdown - it was all cold, not hot like you'd expect. Still, the room was nice and comfortable, so it wasn't all bad. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a bit pricey for what you get.

This hotel's got a great location, right next to the cross-border bus station, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere, but the lighting in the room was a bit weird - no night light in the bathroom, and not many options for adjusting the brightness. Still, it was a solid choice for a stay.
