The room was right next to the elevator. My room was not cleaned during my stay, so I had to ask twice for it to be cleaned; the elevators took a long time to open, and there was a lot of construction happening.

Customer service was just okay. Everything else was terrible—the hotel smelled awful, and my room door was hanging off the ceiling.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean, and the staff were amazing—especially Ernel, the doorman who clearly loves his job. The only downside was that our view looked over a neighboring building’s roof and HVAC system; we love Hilton so much that we’re signing up for their rewards program in hopes of getting a better view next time.
