The room was fabulous with a balcony, and Martina was lovely, super helpful, and stayed in touch even before we got there; everything else was perfect.

The service was absolutely amazing!

The location is good, but the building is awful, noisy, the bed isn’t great, there’s no soundproofing, and the bath towels are bad quality.

The two rooms we booked were lovely inside with great amenities, and the location was ideal, but we were unlucky because a murder happened outside the property at night, and in the morning we had to walk past a body bag and blood on the street, which was quite distressing.

Everything was fine; Martina was very kind and always ready to help.
