“Great staff & lake views, large rooms but poor internet. Great hotel if you do not need internet”
The staff were great, the rooms were large, the balconies nice, the location superb and the lake views impressive. However, the internet was poor; some devices never connected, others were in and out, so the entire internet infrastructure needs an upgrade. Breakfast was confusing – instead of a simple buffet they offered several combinations of base options with a la carte add‑ons, which should be replaced with a standard buffet like other hotels.

The location is great: facing the pier with direct access to the center, yet it’s very quiet. The staff’s attentive service is a real plus, with many appreciated gestures. The Wi‑Fi isn’t great, but that’s the case in many places…

In one word, ‘awesome’! Beautiful, spacious rooms with air conditioning and a terrace, a garden with lounge chairs and a view of the lake. Super friendly staff and a town with great restaurants just around the corner!

The location is good (even though there’s a real‑estate agency and a service station on the ground floor, under the hotel) and the staff are kind. The room layout is bad (the shower is very small), the furniture is cheap and damaged (and the curtains are too small for the window), and hygiene is lacking (a suspicious white spot on a sofa, dust on the bathroom radiator where towels are placed, stains on walls and doors). I reported these issues to the establishment after returning home; they reacted quickly, promised to do their best with many cleanings, regretted that I didn’t report them immediately on site, and offered a partial refund, which I refused.
