“Жахливо! Ніколи б більше не приїхали і тим більше не рекомендувала б нікому!”

Nothing to say! The service was terrible, the place was dirty, there was only one outlet under the ceiling and another one was broken, and there was no toilet paper! Most importantly, we booked a room for 900 UAH, no one called to confirm, and upon arrival they told us the room was only available for 1600 UAH. The service was awful, just like the picture! The worst part is that they simply cheated us at the same spot! The administrator even cursed me on the phone. I demand a refund of the difference and a conversation with the staff about how they treat guests and the consequences of such blatant deception.

“All I needed at a fair price”

The location was great; I could reach wherever I wanted easily, even though it’s rural and on the main road, but the road noise didn’t bother me. I had planned to use it as a base to explore the country, yet Lviv’s pull was too strong. The staff were friendly despite language barriers, and a bit of persistence helped. I only stayed one night, found it good value, and the food was good. The place has seen better days, but I think it’s a work in progress.

Location, right next to the highway, is convenient for drivers. For staying several days, staying near the highway is uncomfortable because trucks come one after another.

I didn’t order breakfast, and there was no free one. The TV didn’t work, there were no slippers or water glasses in the room. The repair was done a long time ago, giving the impression it was still from the last century. It was clean, but everything felt neglected. Water barely flowed. The price was 900 UAH, which doesn’t match the interior. Plus there was a commission for booking through Booking, bringing the total over 1000 UAH. It’s expensive. There’s no sign, and at night it’s hard to find, especially now when navigation is often off.
