“Uitstekend”

The view was stunning and the new complex has all the luxuries, but the area around Sarandë is still under construction, so you can hear a lot of noise from the building works early in the morning.

The pool is beautiful with a fascinating sea view, the location is great with a short walk to the promenade, and the breakfast is tasty. The room is modern and simple, and the staff is friendly. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly at first, but it was cleaned later.

The location is good—just a 15‑minute walk to the center—and the pool is nice, though the towel racks are lacking. Across from the hotel, the beach offers a paid bed and umbrella for 7 euros. The breakfast buffet is good. In the mornings, the hot water can be a little lukewarm.

The view from the pool was insane! The bathroom was unsafe, more like a slip‑and‑slide wet room with a shower that kept falling off and no shower curtain. It was just a shallow basin on the floor trying to catch the water.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 giorni e, purtroppo, la nostra esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Parto dagli aspetti positivi: la vista mare e la piscina sono sicuramente il punto forte della struttura e, da questo punto di vista, valgono i soldi spesi. La posizione è comoda, con ristoranti, market e negozi di souvenir nelle vicinanze, mentre il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. Purtroppo, però, il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare. La prima sera ci siamo ritrovati a dormire senza lenzuola e coperte, utilizzando i nostri teli mare per coprirci, perché non c’era nessuno in reception a cui poter segnalare il problema. Il giorno successivo abbiamo richiesto la biancheria mancante e anche dei cuscini aggiuntivi. Alla richiesta dei cuscini ci è stato risposto: “Cosa posso farci io?”, spiegandoci che ne spettava uno a persona. Eravamo tre persone in una camera tripla. Anche la colazione, inclusa nella prenotazione, è stata piuttosto deludente: molto povera e con caffè e cappuccino fatti pagare separatamente, nonostante nella nostra prenotazione non fosse indicato da nessuna parte che queste bevande non fossero comprese. Una situazione che non ci era mai capitata negli altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Anche il comportamento del personale, o comunque della persona che gestiva la struttura, non ci ha fatto sentire particolarmente a nostro agio. Durante la colazione ci siamo sentiti osservati e fissati continuamente, con un atteggiamento che trasmetteva più nervosismo che cordialità. In una struttura ricettiva ci si aspetterebbe un minimo di accoglienza e disponibilità. Ma il problema più grave è stato sicuramente la pulizia della camera. Al nostro rientro abbiamo trovato il letto non rifatto e la stanza non adeguatamente pulita, con capelli a terra in bagno
