The studio matched the photos, was cozy and pleasant. We sat in the garden, the atmosphere was nice. The apartment was quiet and not hot. The owners found us a parking spot and stayed in touch the whole time. It made my memories of Tbilisi great thanks to this place.

The location in Vake was great! The host Nino was very attentive and hospitable, always ready to help and shared cool spots to visit. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s a converted garage but set up very well. The AC works reliably, there is Wi‑Fi, a kitchen, a washing machine, a bathroom – all in decent condition. Large floor‑to‑ceiling windows give a nice view, curtains let you rest and sleep well. The place is quiet, no neighbors. The garden creates a nice vibe. The spot is very convenient – shops are 5 minutes away, cafés and breakfast spots are right next door, big restaurants are 10 minutes by bus or car. Prices in shops are reasonable. I recommend it! But keep in mind there is no private parking. If you drive, you’ll have to pay for public parking (1 lari per hour) or buy parking cards (depends on days). These are minor drawbacks for such a welcoming place. Nino, thanks for hosting and taking care of us. Good luck and health.

The terrace was great with a table and no outside noise, the host was pleasant and ready to help (checked in late at night – no problems).

The hospitality was extremely friendly, everything was taken care of, we had great equipment and everything worked. Nothing else.

I was happy that the hotel was close to the place I needed to go, but if you want to be near the town this isn’t the right spot; the breakfast was decent, yet the location is far from anything, so finding food is a struggle with few options, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault.
