The hotel’s location is excellent, making travel very convenient. The receptionist at check‑in was conscientious and proactive; they reached out about a lost item and handled the situation properly. No complaints.

The staff, location, and overall hotel experience are excellent, and both breakfast and dinner are great. The Wi‑Fi is unstable; I had a few moments with no internet access.

I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included in the room price, even though I paid extra for it on booking; the hotel itself is good and worth recommending, but Trivago’s info is outdated.

Breakfast was average, not as good as other Shangri-La hotels; the location is fine and close to many amenities, but the food left something to be desired.
