The 24‑hour reception was alert and responded promptly, and the airport shuttle was on time, but the lift lobby felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic.

The shuttle was well organized and clean, but the location was not the one I had booked on Booking, as if it were a different hotel; it was confusing.
