The Twin Room (1 Adult + 1 Child) offers two single beds and a wardrobe on parquet flooring. A private bathroom includes a shower and free toiletries. Heating is provided for climate comfort.

The centre is surrounded by greenery, the pool is nice, and the meals were decent with good breakfast and picnic options. The staff were friendly, especially Minako who always smiled. However, the centre feels outdated—seen it 30 years ago—and needs a fresh look. The housekeeping could improve; when we arrived, there were hairs on the floor, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the bedding was poor.
There was no internet connection.

The welcome and staff were good, but the snowshoe walk had hidden extra charges between the site and the “promeneur,” which was a real disappointment.
The location was good, but the food, entertainment, atmosphere, room cleanliness, shared balcony, and the fact that I couldn’t change the bathroom linens during my stay were disappointing.
