The hotel itself was fine – clean rooms and decent service. What fell short was the lack of any real guidance on where to find good Chinese food; the staff could have pointed us in the right direction. Overall okay, just wish they'd been more helpful with the food scene.

We paid a 30 % deposit, but when we arrived there was no room ready for us and the hotel never explained where the money went. Their customer service never got back to me about a refund, and the booking was cancelled without any reimbursement. Absolutely terrible service.
