Everything was clean and convenient. The food on the third floor was also nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

A prayer area was provided in the room, but the room itself had issues.

We arrived at a bad time while in transit and the hotel wasn’t very cozy.

It was amazing and really worth the money; the room was clean and spacious 😭❤️. I’ll definitely come back if I visit Kuching again 🥰. The reception was fantastic and very friendly. Nothing was wrong; everything was great.
