A lovely, quiet guesthouse with a great garden—no traffic, just the sound of the sea. The garden is very well kept and you’ll fall in love with it. The location is excellent, right on the beach. Rooms are very clean, and everything you need is there. If you want a relaxing time and love nature, this is the place. Nothing to complain about.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Bali Sandat; it felt like a small paradise and became one of our favorite spots while on Bali. The accommodation sits in a quiet, non‑touristy area, directly on the beach with a stunning black volcanic shore. The gardens and the entire complex are well‑maintained and lovingly detailed. The natural surroundings and sounds give the place a particularly peaceful and authentic vibe. The hosts are exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. They’re always ready to assist and can arrange almost anything you need—motorbike drivers, snorkeling gear, a morning dolphin tour on a local small catamaran, and other activities and services. We also enjoyed a wonderful traditional Balinese massage right on site. The food deserves special mention: tasty, authentic, homemade Balinese dishes prepared with great care. Water, coffee, and tea were available at all times. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and well‑kept. The lovely outdoor bathroom, which fit perfectly into the natural surroundings, was a particular highlight. We were more than satisfied with our stay and would recommend Bali Sandat to anyone looking for a quiet, authentic, and truly special spot away from the crowds. Thank you for making us feel so welcome—we’d love to come back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the female team. There was plenty of great Balinese food and a beautiful garden with coffee bushes and vanilla plants. The people of Bali Sandat keep their beach area clean, though some neighbors don’t. The only issue was the abundance of biting ants and insects on the patio and in the bathroom.
