Location - so convenient to airport. Very welcome when flying back and arriving at 01:00am . Automatic lights coming on in corridor on 9th floor a bit slow to react making corridors a bit dark. Glad I wasn't alone

The spot was right by the airport terminal, the food was good, and the room was exactly what I expected.

Proche de l'aéroport. Personel à l'écoute. Très facilement d'accès et proche du NEC.

The location was handy, but the coffee facilities were awful; when I told the staff there were no cups or coffee, they said I’d have to buy one at the bar.

The convenience was great – we got there early, slept a few hours, and left.
