We stayed alone in a large, new bathroom, but the room with breakfast was just a single room with boxed rusks, a supermarket croissant, and yogurt—a real affront that should be stopped; the Wi‑Fi didn't work
The place was clean and warm, but the breakfast was a bit lacking, offering only industrial products when I would have preferred something more natural
The shower was fine, but everything else was a letdown: the room felt cold and damp, and the heating was off.

The breakfast was typically Italian, but we had everything we needed—yogurt, milk, fruit, great coffee, and a fantastic milk frother; if you’re used to eating differently, bring your own bread and you’ll be 100 % satisfied, and everything was flawless with very friendly and helpful hosts

It’s a very quiet, exceptionally clean spot with a private parking area in front of the house inside a locked fence; the location is central to highway entrances, the city of Rovereto, and close to Lake Garda, and the host is very nice and responsive, with nothing to complain about
