We really liked it – this is a warm, personal review that would suit Google or Booking: ★★★★★ Our stay at the Ryokan in Minoo Park near Osaka was something very special and touched us deeply. From the first welcome to the departure we felt not just welcomed but truly cared for and appreciated. We were greeted with tea upon arrival—a beautiful, loving gesture that immediately conveyed the special atmosphere of the house. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and considerate, never seeming staged. Breakfast was excellent and prepared with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the heartfelt follow‑ups about our experiences and how we were doing during our stay. At any time we felt our well‑being was genuinely important. Our room was a dream, as was the private onsen. Everything was beautifully designed and thought through to the smallest detail. The service exceeded our expectations. What moved us most was the farewell: we were surprised with a gift and even a personal farewell picture. This extraordinary warmth and attention will stay with us for a long time.
