The front‑desk lady was friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent, the location was average. I booked through Booking for two adults and a 15‑year‑old, but when I arrived I only got a double bed and was charged about 150 SAR for an extra bed for two nights.

The spot is great—you can stroll to the old city in about 20 minutes even though it sits on a main road, and the hotel keeps the noise down. A short‑haired woman turned out to be the kindest person around. The carpet in my room was dirty, cigarette smell lingered, and the pillows were so firm you could only sleep sitting up; the breakfast never varied.
The location was nice. The third bed in the room didn’t match the quality of the others.
