Everything was practical, the palazzo is tasteful and the rooms have everything needed, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast on the garden terrace was great, and because our train left only in the evening we could stay in the lounge as we liked; thank you! The roof terrace is beautiful. It would have been nice if the windows could block street noise a bit better, and the hallway light was a bit strong through the room door at night, apparently it could have been turned off.

The bedroom and bathroom were large, and parking was convenient, but the AC didn’t work well, the furnishings need updating—felt dusty and old, and the plumbing fixtures need fixing, including the sink faucets.
