Breakfast was great, the attendants were very polite, the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had no complaints.

Breakfast was A+ every day, and even during a power outage all staff were great; everything was exceptional.

Easy access to I‑40, a spotless room, and a nice selection of breakfast foods; however, we arrived during a torrential rainstorm, the hotel had no covered portico so we were soaked unloading luggage, and we only learned upon arrival that there was an additional pet fee.

Everything I always enjoy here! The rooms are the best among all hotels in Jackson; I love that the beds are separate and not together in the same room. I don’t like that there aren’t any brooms or dust pans in the rooms in case you make a mess and need to clean it up.
