The AC was so loud it kept me up all night. Wi‑Fi never worked and when it did it was painfully slow. No other positives to mention.

Room was comfy and modern, great vibe. The only downside? No fridge in the room.

Location is spot on and the room is huge. The hallway and lobby had a strong cigarette smell that made it hard to relax.

Huge rooms and staff who really go the extra mile to help you enjoy Xi’an. The subway station is called Beihajie Zhan, not North Street, and there’s no fridge in the room.

“Book only if you are a heavy smoker”

Central location is a win, but the room was smelling like cigarettes and kids were running around everywhere. Staff didn't know how to help in English.
