The breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were very hospitable. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and even got to play with the dogs. It was very peaceful and quiet, and Mary‑Anne would make me a cup of tea before the full breakfast each day. The breakfast was fit for kings, with a full English every morning, freshly squeezed orange juice, and fruit, which always set me up for the day. I’m used to having my own en‑suite bathroom when I travel, but Mary‑Anne made sure I had sole use of the shared bathroom, which was very kind, and it felt like a home away from home.

The owner was welcoming, helpful, and engaging to chat with. The rooms were tidy and stylish, with intriguing wall art that showed a lot of thought went into the décor. The shower was a bit lacking, but I still enjoyed a rare bath that reminded me of my childhood.

“Fabulous experience - wonderful stay!”

What a fantastic stay – the staff were warm and inviting! Fresh brownies, home‑grown fruit for breakfast, and all those personal touches made us love it. The location was super quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone was so accommodating and we had great conversations. I’d definitely recommend this place. Thanks again!
