Everything was liked, the location was convenient and everything was within walking distance. The night latch in the room didn’t work, so if you have a child, the child could leave the room safely.

We enjoyed our stay at Jumbaktas Astana Hotel. We especially appreciated the ideal central location, the quality of the welcome, the impeccable cleanliness of the room, the diverse and excellent breakfast, and the variety of spa treatments and the pool. We thank the whole staff for their kindness and professionalism. The restaurant service seemed a bit slow at times and the staff sometimes lacked dynamism, but this did not mar the overall quality of our stay.

Good breakfast. The rooms were old, there was a smell. The shower was broken, and there was mold on the corners of the tiles.
