“We will come back just to be able to stay in this apartment again”

It was so beautiful it felt like a dream. The staff, location, size, and cleanliness were all amazing, and we could see gondolas right outside our room. The restaurant below was also incredible. Nothing to complain about—just wish we had stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Bistrot De Venise. Like many other guests, we found the apartment exceptionally spacious and comfortable. As a family of four, the two bedrooms suited us perfectly. The AC was excellent, making a big difference during our August visit. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated in a classic Venetian style. The huge dining room was especially impressive, and we loved sitting on the windowsill and looking down at the canal below, which felt like an authentic and enjoyable way to experience Venice. The breakfast items were pre‑packaged but thoughtfully selected and enjoyable. Overall, the apartment offered a lot of space and character, and I would gladly stay here again. As other guests have mentioned, you can hear noise and music from the restaurant downstairs. I am very sensitive to noise, but surprisingly it did not bother me at all; it even added to the atmosphere and felt like part of the Venice experience. The only issue that definitely needs attention is visible mold on one of the AC units, which should be cleaned properly.

“Great property in a great location hosted by great people.”

The property was excellent, clean, and well maintained, right in the heart of everything. Located between Rialto and St. Mark’s Square, it hosts a phenomenal Michelin‑Star restaurant. We dined there on our first night and had a great experience. No negatives.

The location was great, with windows where you could sit and watch the boats on the canal. The only downside was that they took chairs from my room into the restaurant without permission.
